We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! You will operate as a high-impact "Player-Coach". You will lead by example on the front lines—utilizing your elite closing skills to drive branch success, while mentoring, coaching, and scaling your own sales squad.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Manage the end-to-end B2C consultative sales cycle for residential solar inquiries, demonstrating elite closing proficiency on high-value accounts.
  • Coach & Scale Your Team: Act as a Capability Architect by designing and refining sales scripts, playbooks, and objection-handling clinics to standardize winning strategies across your squad.
  • Drive Performance & Accountability: Run regular team performance check-ins and utilize visible scoreboards to monitor and improve critical metrics, such as conversion rates and consultant output.
  • Collaborate for Growth (Marketing & Operations): Partner closely with our Marketing team to optimize high-quality B2C lead generation and referral systems. Coordinate seamlessly with our project installation and O&M teams to ensure maximum delivery confidence and smooth installations for our customers.
  • Ensure Customer Journey Excellence: Champion market-leading responsiveness and optimize the discovery process to deliver high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and seamless handovers to our engineering teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide Management with timely, front-line market feedback and proactive solution proposals regarding local pricing effectiveness and sales promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-8 years of proven high-performance experience in consultative sales, preferably within high-ticket environments (e.g., Solar, Premium Property, Automotive, Banking, or Wealth Management).
  • Fast-learner and comfortable adapting to technical consumer product concepts (engineering background is a bonus!)
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading sales personnel to successfully improve closing rates.
  • Prior experience in improving sales systems, such as crafting sales scripts, structured conversion strategies, or localized playbooks.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for basic sales trend tracking and analysis of promotion effectiveness.
