Marketing Executive

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Position Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Location: Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru

Work Model: Hybrid (10am – 6pm) (4 days WIO 1 day WFH after probation)

In this role, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be involved in content creation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking to ensure marketing activities are effective and aligned with business goals.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks, communicating ideas clearly, and taking ownership of your work.

Prior experience is not strictly required. Candidates with a strong interest in marketing, good work attitude, and the ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.

Bonus: You will gain hands-on experience in executing real marketing campaigns and be exposed to a variety of projects across different industries. Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage and execute marketing activities across channels (social media, email, paid ads)
• Support content creation and coordinate content across platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports
• Assist with SEO optimization and PPC campaigns (training provided)
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Organize and maintain marketing materials, documents, and reports
