Full Time Production Executive Jobs, in Munchy's Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for in-charged production line performance including production efficiency, wastage, usage variance dan material efficiency.

• Propose action needed to improve production process to ensure production meet target set.

• Prepare and present daily report to Production Manager.

• Monitor production process to ensure production running according to specification.

• Supervise and motivate subordinate in day-to-day operations.

• Assist superior on update of ISO/FSSC/HACCP master document.

• Execute and control daily activities schedule as planned by superior.

• Ensure and take note on customer feedback and minimize customer complaint.

Requirement:

• Minimum STPM.

• Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.

• Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving & reporting and independent.

• Possess good communication skills with superior and subordinates.
