Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide general business development, accounting and administrative support to the departments as required including maintenance of filings systems and database records. Perform daily accounting data, ledger and payment.

  • Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, purchases order and purchase invoice.

  • Printing and issuance of payment voucher.

  • Perform bank reconciliation.

  • Keeping updated records of debtor and creditor payment.

  • In charge of utilities payment.

  • Manage and prepare staff duty roster.

  • Manage inventory for office stationeries and pantry.

  • Compile staff claims for monthly submission.

  • Focal point for corporate collaterals.

  • Collaborate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or equivalent.

  • Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.

  • Positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated good team work and a great team player.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with people of all levels.
