About the role

Join Tiong Woon Crane & Transport (M) Sdn Bhd' as an Operation Executive based in Senai Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of transportation and logistics operations

• Maintaining records and documentation related to operations, such as invoices, work orders, and delivery reports

• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve any issues

• Providing administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, data entry, and filing

• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

• A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

• A team player who is adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
