Role Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
SQL Server, Web UI troubleshooting, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Pipelines, ensuring seamless application performance and reliability across business-critical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Knowledge of Web UI technologies and ability to troubleshoot front-end issues.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (pipelines, datasets, linked services).
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for applications and related services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SQL Server databases, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Support and maintain Web UI applications, handling user queries, defects, and enhancements.
- Monitor and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines for data integration and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support logs.
- Participate in application upgrades, patches, and release management.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to application support with ServiceNow Experience.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
