Finance Manager (Semiconductor)

Job Description:

• To take an active role in the formulation and be responsible for the compliance and enforcement of the Group’s Policies, Rules & Regulations and Company’s standard operating policies.
• Lead the finance and accounting operations in compliance with accounting, taxation standards and corporate governance.
• Liaise and coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax agencies, company secretaries, and relevant financial / government institutions for all financial and statutory matters.
• Tax Compliance: ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings., including GST, SST and corporate income tax, while staying up-to-date with changing tax regulations.
• e) Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare and monitor budgets, as well as provide insights for future financial planning.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights for decision making. Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize financial performance.
• Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by company.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial or related field.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Senior Management in Accounting / Financial filed (experience in manufacturing is preferable)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker with attention to details.
• Must be details oriented, organized and a proactive self-starter able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
