Job Description

· Coordinate daily transportation arrangements and prepare all relevant delivery documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO) and Heat Treatment (HT) Letters.

· Serve as the primary backup personnel for customs clearance activities at the port.

· Monitor and ensure timely renewal of customs related licenses and permits.

· Ensure all Service Notes and Delivery Orders are acknowledged and returned by customers upon completion of deliveries.

· Monitor and ensure monthly utility related activities are carried out and completed within the timeline.

· Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for non-timber materials when stock levels reach the minimum reorder point.

· Manage and prepare material required by the Packing Team.

· Perform daily inspections of delivery and crate assembly activities and maintain accurate records of findings.

· Ensure all delivered crates meet the required quality standards and are in good condition.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
