Responsibilities

We are located in Iskandar Puteri, JB. We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office management while also dipping your toes into human resources by supporting onboarding, team culture, and basic HR admin. If you love keeping things organized, helping people, and wearing a few different hats, we’d love to meet you!


  • Manage general office tasks, including handling mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements if needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for external vendors and visitors.
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, and digital document organization.
  • Maintain digital employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3- 5 years of experience in an administrative, clerical support.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for time management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
