SPM and above.
- Assist in the control, distribution and storage of food ingredients/kitchen’s item stocks using FIFO/FEFO.
- Maintain a satisfactory system of stock records for food ingredients/kitchen’s item and the required stock level.
- Responsible for the receiving of all stock and the maintenance of their inventory.
- Liase with F&B Assistant on stock keeping at trayline.
- Liase with clerk for stock replenishment.
- Ensure all related monitoring records are well updated and maintained.
- Ensure that all relevant document and details pertaining to goods received from supplier are prepared and updated accordingly. Report to HOS/superiors immediately of stock discrepancy upon receipt from the supplier.
- Participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.)
- Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).
- All policies and procedures are adhered to and records maintained.
- To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by Head of Services or Hospital Management.
