This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct proactive and structured site security risk assessment and security audit
- Manage and supervise a team of contract security personnel & ensure sufficient resources
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and incidents.
- Ability to analyze data, perform systematic review & reporting and propose solutions to management.
- Conduct training sessions for security staffs and perform periodic assessment to ensure compliance and competency.
- Oversee CCTV, access control and visitor management systems and all others Security related system. Ensure preventive maintenance & functionality of these systems.
- Lead and Investigate security breaches and incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends and threats.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive security strategy.
- Implement and oversee loss prevention programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security vendors.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Provide security advice and support to other departments.
- Support in Emergency Response
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ethics and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement security policies.
- Experience with security systems and technology.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and security audits.
- Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
- Valid security management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to train and mentor security staff.
