Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and prepare daily data reports for each live host, including both full-time and part-time staffs.
  • Oversee the management of product listings, inventory and pricing on the TikTok Shop platform.
  • Ensure all product details are accurate and updated.
  • Develop and implement a proper filing or documentations systems.
  • Provide a daily update on total livestreams sales in the selected communications platforms.
  • Monitor orders, process returns and coordinate with the logistic teams.
  • Assisting in uploading videos, banners and promotional materials for company's TikTok account.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Monitor live sessions analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Assist hosts with troubleshooting any technical difficulties that arise during live streaming.
  • Work closely with live host's on tracking, monitoring and understanding on livestream's performance through insights and analytics at any timeframe of work/shifts.
  • Coordinate with live host's to ensure they have all the necessary materials, products and technical support before or during live streaming.
  • Manage daily direct messages (DM's) including incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Oversee the setup of live streaming tools such as cameras, microphones and backdrops to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform Ad Hoc tasks as assigned to support team and company's objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

  • Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

  • Admin Assistant: 1 year (Required)
