Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Seberang Perai, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Takaful Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying clients' financial and protection needs, and recommending tailored takaful solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial assessments, presenting takaful plans, promoting services, and ensuring client satisfaction and customer retention. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and adhere to regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial advising, needs analysis, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets and achieve business objectives
  • Basic knowledge of takaful products, insurance policies, and financial instruments
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a hybrid work setting
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in takaful, insurance, or a related financial field is advantageous
  • Commitment to client satisfaction, ethical practices, and continuous professional development
