Full Time PROTEGE QA Microbiologist Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in Farm Fresh Milk Sdn Bhd Johor Bahru - Maukerja

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for microbiological testing daily samples by using FDA BAM methods including pasteurized milk, pre-pasteurized milk, raw milk, raw material, last rinse water, and yogurts product.
• Responsible to conduct an environmental monitoring program for each production line by following the FSSC 2200 manual.
• Responsible to conduct hygiene test includes hand swab test for general workers (weekly) and equipment swab test for each production line (monthly).
• Responsible in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitize and sterilize equipment and work area.
• Responsible for maintaining all laboratory records and reporting all the results and activities to QA Manager & Executive including the trend analysis report.
• Support QA and R&D Executive when necessary and as required.
• Producing accurate and reliable data and interpret results.

Education & Skills Requirement

• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.
• 1 years working experience especially in manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed. Training provided.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to analyse, prioritize, organize, and manage multitask.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
