Job Description

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Audit, Compliance, Retail Operations, or a related role.
  3. Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and report-writing abilities.
  6. Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Willing to travel frequently to stores within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and food safety requirements.
  2. Monitor operational compliance, investigate incidents, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Identify non-compliance issues and work closely with Operations teams to implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor store cleanliness, product quality, service standards, and overall customer experience.
  5. Prepare audit reports, track findings, and follow up on corrective action plans.
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational consistency across stores.
  7. Investigate customer complaints and operational incidents when required.
