Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related function.
- Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or service industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs in line with business and operational needs.
- Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and coaching activities for employees.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and learning resources.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and employee learning progress.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify development needs and support workforce capability building.
- Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Support talent development initiatives and employee growth programs.
- Ensure training activities comply with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulations.
- Administer and maintain learning platforms and training databases.
