About the Company:

Prisma Harta Sdn. Bhd. (PHSB) is a wholly-owned company of Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA). PHSB responsible in managing Rumah Iskandar Malaysia projects where it is rented out to target groups that meet the specified qualification requirements.

Overall Accountability:

To strategically plan for PHSB’s long term viability and business sustainability (main role & responsibility). Identify and develop alternative income streams for PHSB beyond rental income, while overseeing the overall administration, management, and maintenance of the company and ensuring a high standard of management and upkeep for Rumah Iskandar Malaysia. To oversee the overall corporate, business, and operational management of PHSB, including the administration of Board of Directors (BOD) and Selection and Approval Committee (SAC) meetings, preparation of the annual Business Plan, management of human resources, tenancy and asset management, security and customer relationship management, community development initiatives, and the implementation of effective marketing activities to promote Rumah Iskandar Malaysia.

• Bachelor Degree in Estate Management/Property Management/Building Science or any related fields
• Minimum of 15-year experience in Asset Management / Facilities Management or Township Management with minimum of 10 years in Managerial level.
• Experience or formal qualification related to Business Development/Expansion would be an advantage.
• Main skills: Business Acumen and Foresight Skills
• Other skills: Asset Management, Business Planning, Customer Centric & Result Driven, Creativity & Innovation in Problem Solving, People Management, Good interpersonal, and Communication.
• The job required the person to be a 24 hours active person and must always be available when needed to solve related problems
