Full Time Industrial Trainee - Supply Chain Jobs, in Infineon Technologies Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Order Handling:
  • Regularly checking the contents of the sample orders (e.g quantity, price, notes, technical status) & preparation of summary and handling proposals to internal team.
  • 1st confirmation and, if necessary, the update of the planned delivery data for the customer in the defined tool.
• Inventory management:
  • Inventory maintenance of the internationally samples storages with the focus to reach/keep the defined stock level.
  • Stock transfer preparation and execution.
  • Replenishment: support of GSM expert based on defined parameters & working instructions.
• Product portfolio management:
  • Regularly analysis of product portfolio and preparation of handling proposal to internal team considering defined parameters as market demand, product lifecycle.
• Communication:
  • Preparation of information & power point presentations to support communication with international Sales, Marketing & Development teams to ensure time efficient sampling to the customer.
  • Preparation of information & power point presentations to support decision and escalations flow.
• Data Analytics & Automation:
  • Maintain dashboards for supply chain KPIs using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Support automation of repetitive planning tasks using Excel macros, Python, etc.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
• Technical Skills:
  • Progressive handling in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or automation tools is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in machine learning.
• Soft Skills: Good English language fluency with strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with focus on team targets and success.
• Bonus: Interest in AI-driven supply chain solutions and digitalization.
