Full Time Production Planner Jobs, in Syarikat Jaya Tugas Industri Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain a realistic and achievable production schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.

• Create detailed weekly and monthly production plans for various manufacturing processes

• Release manufacturing orders and monitor their progress from raw material to finished goods

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to generate purchase requisitions for raw materials and coordinate delivery schedules.

• Optimize inventory turns and minimize carrying costs while preventing stock-outs.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze production data, capacity utilization, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Generate regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and potential delays for management.

• Maintain accurate data and drive planning decisions.

Coordination & Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, customer service, and the production floor regarding order status, lead times, and potential delays.

• Liaise with the Quality Assurance department to ensure production plans accommodate necessary quality control checks and testing procedures.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field

• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes

• Core Production Planning & Scheduling Skills

• Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as:

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
