WELL HEALTHCARE GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing rehabilitation team in Bukit Mertajam and Simpang Ampat.

As a Physiotherapist, you will play an important role in helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation care.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify functional limitations, pain sources, and rehabilitation goals

• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and recovery needs

• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, electrotherapy, and mobility training

• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans to achieve the best clinical outcomes

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness strategies

• Work collaboratively with doctors, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

• Participate in training, case discussions, and continuous professional development initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification

• Registered / eligible to practise as a Physiotherapist in Malaysia

• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, sports, or general rehabilitation cases

• Good hands-on skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn

• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centred mindset
