Full Time Senior HSE Specialist Jobs, in Premium Sound Solutions Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management. 

2.  Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation. 

3.  Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations. 

4.  Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary. 

5.  Provide assistance and advice on related issue to OSH and EMS management system at workplace.  

6.  Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.

7. Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors. 

8.  Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training and briefing. 

9.  Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel. 

10. Perform other HSE work-related tasks as required as assigned. 

11.  Ensure comply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies.

12. In charge company security management.

13. In charge of schedule waste and general waste management.

14. Dealing related HSE local authority BOMBA, DOSH, JKKP, DOE, MPSP, PDRM.

15. In charge of building facility management (BFM) in the plant.

16. Dealing with landlord on building maintenance related issue. 

17. Coordinator for TISAX physical security compliance.

18. Managing contractor related to OSH and EMS system at workplace.

19. Make sure all OSH and EMS system are according to Malaysia legal compliance.

20. Champion for ISO 14001 & 45001 system audit.

21. Support in HSE promotional programs such as campaign, publication of flyers, posters etc.

22. Responsible to conduct programs, perform monitoring and implement preventive action for site hazard control.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science or equivalent; 

2. Minimum 5 years experience in HSE field and minimum 3 years experience as DOSH Registered SHO;

3. Familiar with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health and all other aspects of safety.

4. Competent person for scheduled waste management system & sewage management system.

5. Experience in leading ISO14001 & 45001 audit system and RBA audit. 

6. Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

7.Having TTT certification is an added advantage.

8. Good communication skill.
