Responsibilities
Qualifications & experience
Candidates must possess a Degree, Diploma, Professional Certificate in any discipline from an Institution of Higher Learning
At least five (3) years relevant working experience in HR and administration preferably in manufacturing environment
Knowledge in computer is a must like MS Office, Excel and Word
Experience in organising company activities like annual dinner or company trip is an added advantage
Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of workers in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Tasks & responsibilities
Recruit new employees and schedule interview arrangements
Update, maintain and file the employees records in personnel file
Verify and capture employees attendance, overtime and leave record
Compute employees salary and other statutory contributions
Coordinate annual review and other annual benefit pay out exercise
Process working permit, pass application and renewal of foreign workers
Advise employees on all HR policies and procedures and respond to related enquiries.
Liaise with all departments on matters related to HR and provide HR advice.
Attend to employees grievances and provide guidance.
Handle disciplinary matters.
Maintain and upkeep of office equipment, fixtures fittings, facilities and cleaning services
Maintain and monitor company utility bills, vehicle license all government licence and certificate
Attend and liaise with relevant government bodies
Any other duties assigned by management from time to time
