Responsibilities
1.Administrative Support
Prepare and process insurance applications, policy submissions, and related documents.
Ensure all forms are complete and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and databases.
2. Client Service & Coordination
Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and signatures.
Claims documentation
Monitor customer incoming via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
3. Sales Support
Monitor progress for quotations, and proposal documents.
Policy document Processing
Monitor clients with policies approaching renewal and identify accounts at risk of non-renewal.
Proactively follow up on potential non-renewal cases and escalate them to the Sales In-Charge for retention efforts.
Provide timely updates to the Sales In-Charge on clients who indicate an intention not to renew their policies.
Maintain renewal tracking reports and ensure sales representatives are informed of renewal risks and opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to secure policy renewals and improve client retention rates.
