Full Time Retail Assistant at Megan Queensbay Mall Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Megan Jewellery Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information and recommendations
• Handle sales transactions (cash, card payments, and POS system)
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewellery products in the store
• Assist with stock arrangement, price tagging, and inventory checks
• Willing and required to conduct live selling / live streaming sessions
• Support store promotions and daily store operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales or the jewellery industry is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Basic Salary + Allowance + OT claim + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
