Job Responsibilities

- Conduct Live Sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Threads.
- Create engaging content including videos, reels, posts and stories.
- Promote all clinic services and healthcare campaigns.
- Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Threads.
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
- Close sales professionally and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer database and appointment bookings.
- Assist in packing, preparing and dispatching healthcare products and promotional materials.
- Participate in roadshows, health screenings and marketing events.
- Build relationships with patients, corporate clients and community partners.
- Assist management in marketing and business development activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

- Confident speaking in front of camera.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Active on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Threads.
- Positive, energetic and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or live hosting is an advantage.

Sales Commission Guideline

Monthly Personal Sales Generated:

- RM10,000 – RM20,000 = 3% Commission
- RM20,001 – RM50,000 = 5% Commission
- RM50,001 – RM100,000 = 7% Commission
- Above RM100,000 = 10% Commission

Additional KPI Bonus:

- Achieve Monthly Sales Target = RM200 – RM500 Bonus
- Top Sales Performer of the Month = Special Incentive

KPI Targets

- Minimum 26 Live Sessions per Month (40mins)
- Minimum 100 Qualified Leads per Month
- Minimum 50 Appointments per Month
- Minimum RM20,000 Monthly Sales Generated
