Full Time Senior Executive- Assistant Manager, Project Management Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in GSD Group Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work closely with all internal departments to ensure project deadlines and commitments are met and complied with.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties, including consultants, contractors, and authorities, to provide effective administrative and project support.
• Assist the immediate superior in managing and monitoring site progress to ensure timely project completion and satisfactory handover.
• Oversee and coordinate overall project and construction activities to ensure smooth implementation from project commencement to completion.
• Monitor, track, and report overall project progress, highlighting issues, risks, and delays when necessary.
• Liaise and follow up with consultants and relevant parties on submissions, approvals, and updates from local authorities from project commencement through VP/CCC.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and correspondence related to project execution and approvals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Higher in Construction Management/Building Technology/Civil Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent.
• Well verse in Microsoft Office Software Application.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Possess good written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good working attitude, responsible, independent, excellent in time management and able to meet deadlines.
