JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and process Import/Export documentation for Sea/Land Freight including Custom Declaration K1,K2,K8,K9 & ZB1,ZB2, other relevant forms.
• Coordinate with Haulier, Shipping Companies, Custom Authorities and other Clients to ensure timely clearance of Cargo.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation and transaction.
• Provide support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to Import/Export processes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Import/Export regulations and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Logistics management is preferred.
• Proficiency in EDI System (ALDEC, JBPi)
• Computer literate - mandatory
• Possess own transport
