Full Time Production lead- Assistant Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in Yokogawa Analytical Solutions Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision

• Supervise contractors’ installation activities on a daily basis.
• Ensure all installation work is carried out in accordance with approved engineering drawings.
• Ensure all installation work complies with applicable Malaysian Standards (MS) and industry best practices.
• Ensure installation quality by verifying the use of correct materials and maintaining good workmanship standards.
• Assist in material issuance from the warehouse to contractors.
• Provide technical support and resolve installation issues raised by contractors.
• Coordinate and arrange quality control (QC) inspections with contractors, witnessed by the QC Engineer, prior to handover to the Service Department.

Project Production Schedule

• Ensure installation activities are executed according to the project schedule established by the Project Manager.
• Proactively identify and escalate any risks, delays, or deviations that may impact project timelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Assist in developing installation guidelines and work instructions for MSBP.
• Support the Engineering Department in the preparation and enhancement of 2D and 3D construction/installation drawings.

Occupational Health & Safety

• Ensure contractors and their workers comply with Yokogawa's safety rules, regulations, and workplace safety requirements at all times within the workshop

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in analyzer integration or a related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or a related field

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
