We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account & Admin Executive to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring smooth accounts administration. Job Description

  • Assist in office administration matters.
  • Able to assist with full set accounting closing during month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and submit a complete and ad hoc report and analysis.
  • Perform all related accounts receivable tasks and manage all activities in the accounts receivable function.
  • Ensures a timely record of daily sales and maintains accurate records in accounting systems.
  • Reconcile bank statements, debtor statements, and send out statements of accounts every month-end.
  • Maintain filing and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
  • Support all internal/external audits on pay-related activities.
  • To perform all other miscellaneous duties in the context of the administration department.
  • Assist OasisEye Group management of fiscal matters, strategic planning, and advocacy for Human Resource issues, promoting professional achievement, and assuring an environment that supports clinical excellence.
  • Assists colleagues and performs any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or management.

Job Requirement

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (SQL) or others.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage data entry and financial accuracy on a daily basis.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
