Full Time IT Infrastructure Support Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Humanix Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, upgrade, and configure desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, operating systems and software applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
• Onsite hands/leg support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, server ensuring optimal reliability
• Ensure IT operation comply the organisation’s audit.
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions to prevent data loss.
• Conduct regular tests of backup systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Maintain IT assets and make sure the inventory list is updated.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Provide training to end-users on IT best practices and security awareness.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support roles, with a focus on system administration and network support.
• Familiarity with a variety of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
• Proficient in system and network administration tasks.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with security principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end-users, team member, cross functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience with warehouse operation is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
