In-charge of tooling conceptualization, detailed design reviews and production line / tooling installations.

Manage projects from stages in specifications, conceptualization, setup, debugging and improvements to final release to production users.

Engage in ongoing equipment improvements programs to ensure continuous quality, productivity and cost improvements.

Liaise with vendors on project integration to ensure productivity and quality improvements.

Handling Tool Modification ( Customer Revision Change ).

Improvements of tooling for maximum yield gain.

Reverse Engineering support of product resign for customer request.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience within a tool engineering environment.

Proficient in Tooling engineering (mechanical drawing, mechanical principles, etc.)

Good knowledge on metal working technique such as tool manufacturing, tool assembly, composite tooling.

Strong understanding of stamping tooling concepts, processes, and maintenance.

Have strong analytical and planning skill and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Hands-on and proactive attitude in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
