Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Introduce products and recommend the best options based on customers' needs.
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with stock replenishment, price tagging, and product displays.
Follow company policies and SOPs to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Experience in Retail or Customer Service is an advantage.
Passionate about sales and helping customers.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
