Job Purpose
The Coconut Shake Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, profitability, and staffing of the beverage outlet.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations, Administration & Customer Experience
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring the outlet is clean, fully stocked, and ready for service.
- Promptly and professionally handle customer complaints or special requests, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Check and verify all incoming supplier invoices against signed Delivery Orders (DO) to ensure accuracy in quantities and pricing.
- Key verified supplier invoices, receipts, and outlet expenses into the company’s accounting system accurately and on time.
2. Manpower Management
- Manage staff scheduling efficiently to optimize labor costs while minimizing manpower gaps.
- Coach and mentor staff, monitor daily performance, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure quick integration and compliance with outlet standards.
3. Logistics & Stock Management
- Coordinate and execute monthly stock deliveries from central warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels of perishables, ingredients, packaging & supplies, conduct regular monthly stock takes and audits.
- Monitor wastage, breakage, and spillages to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
4. Compliance, Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure strict compliance with local food health and safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date compliance file containing valid Food Handling Certificates and Typhoid Vaccination cards for all active staff members.
- Ensure every team member on duty has completed their mandatory training and vaccinations before handling food.
- Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and temperature control standards to ensure the outlet passes MOH inspections with zero penalties or warnings.
Requirements
1) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume F&B environment (e.g., bubble tea shops, juice bars, fast food kiosks) with some supervisory or administrative exposure.
2) Familiar with local MOH guidelines and the specific health documentation required for F&B operations.
3) Basic data entry or bookkeeping experience; comfortable using computer software and accounting systems. Strong attention to detail when dealing with numbers and figures.
4) Must possess a valid Typhoid Vaccination and a certified Food Handling Certificate.
5) Must have own transport.
6) Willing to work during weekends & Public Holidays.
