Full Time CNC Machinist (Lathe) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Johor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and CNC machine control panels to produce precision metal components.
• Create machining strategies and tool paths using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM) based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform machine setup, program verification, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and accurate machining processes.
• Operate CNC machines when required to test, validate, and refine machining programs.
• Monitor machining processes and analyze output to ensure compliance with quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.
• Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs, tooling parameters, and machining procedures.
• Ensure machining areas are organized and machines are maintained according to operational and safety standards.
• Report machine, tooling, or programming issues to the Production Manager and recommend improvements.
• Follow company safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CNC programming and manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in CNC machining or
• CNC programming will have an advantage.
• Proficient in CNC programming using CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of CNC machine panel programming (G-code / M-code) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and machining specifications.
• Familiar with precision measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Basic understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, and CNC machine operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with production teams.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
