Full Time Accounts Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Global Pets Johor - Maukerja

Responsibility

• Receive and verify the bank-in slips from outlets
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Data entry- cash received from outlets
• Process backup reports after data entry
• Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable
• Maintain the general ledger
• Maintain and reconcile the bank statement
• Checking of invoice and process payments to suppliers and service providers
• To ensure bills are paid accurately and on time
• Inventory adjustment entries upon request
• Prepare all financial and related reports upon request within established time limits
• Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial files
• Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary

Qualifications

• Diploma in  Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a similar role
• Independent with good interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perling, Johor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
