Full Time SMT Process Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of SMT processes (Printing, SPI, Placement, Reflow, AOI).
• Ability to troubleshoot SMT defects and improve yield.
• Experience in process optimization, NPI, and mass production support.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, 8D).
• Able to analyze production data and prepare technical reports.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related field).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing or electronics production environment.
• Experience in SMT process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with high-volume production and automotive manufacturing standards is preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
