Position Summary

Responsible for meeting and develop business with assigned key account to meet the budget and goals set by Top Management. This role need to diversify and develop new business and new opportunity for the assigned key account.


Responsibilities

• Work on special assignments via direction from the top management or as assigned regarding areas of responsibilities.

• To supervise and lead the business Salas growth of key account customer.

• Formulate sales strategy in consistent with respect to sales and business development.

• Responsible for sales, new business development, employee relations, profit improvement, customer satisfaction and expense control.

• Communicate well at every organization level to ensure meeting customer’s demand.

• To meet the annual sales budget through the use of existing or new resources.

• Timely submission of Management Report and to review budget gaps, and devise strategy to bridge the gap.

• To manage all advertising and promotion activities, including space advertising, direct mail, trade show and sales aids.

• To ensure accurate sales forecasting data from sales team to be used as a basis for internal planning control.

• To maintain constant personal contact with key customers.

• To develop and recommend product development strategies consistent with company objective and market changes.

• Other duties as assigned


Requirements

• 5 years and above of key account management.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / related field.
