Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior HR & Admin Executive role based in Kapar. The Senior HR & Admin Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role will manage employee relations matters, support the implementation and communication of HR policies, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external partners, as well as managing attendance, leave, and HR documentation. The Senior HR & Admin Executive will also handle general administration functions such as office administration, vendor coordination, and support for facilities and workplace safety initiatives, while partnering with managers to drive employee engagement and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong Human Resources foundation, including Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience in HR Management at a senior or supervisory level.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR systems or HRIS.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, counseling, performance discussions, and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience in developing, interpreting, and administering HR Policies in alignment with local labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices, preferably within manufacturing or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems or payroll software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to process improvement and organizational development initiatives.
