Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating production planning, shipment scheduling, inventory control, and customer delivery requirements to ensure on-time delivery and smooth production flow within the semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.

Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory levels.

Coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules with logistics providers and customers.

Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and export documents.

Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues promptly.

Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure material availability and delivery commitments.

Analyze demand forecasts and production capacity to support planning activities.

Maintain accurate planning and shipment records in ERP/MRP systems.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning and shipping reports.

Support inventory management and cycle count activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, shipping, or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is preferred.

Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Good understanding of inventory control, production planning, and shipping processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
