Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing equipment and processes
- Integrate machines with MES, SCADA, and IIoT systems (SECS/GEM, OPC UA)
- Support Industry 4.0 initiatives including smart factory and digitalization projects
- Develop AI/data solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization
- Build traceability and manufacturing data systems (SPC, FDC, RFID/barcode)
- Troubleshoot automation, PLC, robotics, and vision systems
- Lead automation projects from design to production (FAT/SAT, vendor coordination)
- Others task assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Information Technology, Science Computer or related field
- Experience in automation / semiconductor manufacturing preferred
- Experience in smart factory / digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols
- Programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or SQL
- Familiar with Industry 4.0, AI/ML concepts, or data analytics
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
