Full Time Quality Control Engineer Jobs, in Quess Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Lead group of IQC and OQC team personnel for daily QC routine activities
• Monitoring the quality of raw material, component, semi-finished product and finished product to satisfy the specification
• Consolidate shift issue and report to Superior, support QC activity when QC Inspector absent.
• Update and establish the WI for QC department
• Responsible to monitor the vendor and supplier quality performance
• Perform defect sample analysis from production process for product and process improvement
• Prepare and report the quality of outgoing finished goods quality performance
• Establish/update the quality control plan for better quality control of product and process
• Conduct the training for continual improvement and the new recruited QC staff
• Responsible for customer complaint investigation and customer complain report
• Involve in customer audit for product audit

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading QC personnel.
• Experience in automotive, automotive components, glass, or related manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
• Familiar with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
• Experience in handling customer complaints, audits, and supplier quality issues.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
