Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and maintain company and project documents, ensuring proper filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving of records.
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving of documents.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit reports, correspondence, transmittals, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
  • Support project teams in document preparation, submission, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on documentation matters.
  • Perform accurate and updated data entry for document revisions, databases, registers, records and document control logs in a timely manner.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of all documentation with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and project personnel as required.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or any related discipline.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in administration or documentation management.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong persistence and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
