• Identify the client needs and propose the solution

• Coordinate and manage shipping and logistics processes smoothly and efficiently

• Organize/review the necessary documents such as estimate or invoice

• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and onsite personnel to ensure effective process

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support project execution

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues when necessary

• Travel for client meetings and business trips within Southeast Asia when required Top of Form

• MUST TO HAVE:

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry with extensive industry knowledge

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage onsite personnel throughout shipment coordination

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and facilitate shipping operations effectively and smoothly

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure well-planned and efficient shipping processes
