About the role

Join our team of dedicated professionals at Bensyl Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd as an Audit Associate. In this full-time position based in the Pelangi area of Johor Bahru, you will play a crucial role in the company's external audit operations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Perform audit procedures during the audit fieldwork under the guidance of the Audit Senior and Audit Manager.

• Assist in performing external audit of companies and firms, system documentation and internal control review and testing, testing of transactions, audit confirmations circulations, analytical review, stock take observations.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with FRS.

• Assist in internal audit, documentation of system of internal control, test of transactions and preparation of report for findings.

What we're looking for

• ACCA progress or relevant degree

• Strong working knowledge of Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) with practical application experience

• Solid understanding of SFRS application in audit contexts

• 2-3 years audit experience

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions

• MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives

We particularly value candidates who can demonstrate practical experience implementing SSA frameworks in audit engagements.
