About the role

Tastiway Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Admin & HR Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Jitra, Kedah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

• Supporting HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration

• Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

• Maintaining and updating office records and databases

• Assisting with various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
