Job Description

A Quality Control Leader shall perform all job functions and resume all responsibilities outline in the Job Scope when given by Quality Control Supervisor and approved by Quality Manager. The Quality Control Leader has specific responsibilities towards the Company, and shall:

1. Operate CMMs and optical measurement systems (e.g., Keyence, OGP, vision systems) to inspect aerospace components with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

2. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications; verify dimensions using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

3. Generate detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate quality records, and document nonconformance issues in accordance with quality standards.

4. Work with machinists and engineers to resolve nonconformance issues, assist in root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

5. Maintain calibration, cleanliness, and proper functioning of inspection equipment to ensure consistent measurement accuracy.

6. Support the superior in managing daily quality department operations when required.

7. Perform quality control tasks as assigned by Manager or Top Management.
