Full Time Marketing Intern Jobs, in IQI REALTY SDN BHD (Melaka) Johor - Maukerja

About the role

I am looking for a junior Marketing Intern (3-month role with a view for a permanent contract) to join our dynamic team at IQI REALTY SDN BHD (Melaka). This is a full-time position based in Melaka. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth running of our real estate operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Posting property listings to various platforms including real estate portals, social media

2. Producing marketing contents and managing social media pages/accounts

3. Producing marketing materials including video editing and designing flyers/posters

4. Managing and creating landing pages for new projects

5. Support the sales team with paperwork such as preparation of tenancy agreements, following up on SPA & loan processing

6. Support the sales team with any other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Capcut, Canva, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini

3. A team player with a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn
