Job Details

Position: Junior Sales Executive
Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 + Commission
Working Days: Monday – Friday
(Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 56C, 1st Floor, Perak Plaza, Jalan Perak, 10150 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Sales Executive to support the company’s sales growth by managing company leads and developing new customer prospects.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, arranging appointments, conducting physical sales activities, and presenting company products and services in a professional and engaging manner.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy meeting people, are confident in communication, and are eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

1) Identify and develop new prospects to increase company sales
2) Manage company-provided leads by making calls to schedule client appointments, while also actively sourcing new leads
3) Conduct physical sales activities through client visits, events, or market research
4) Present company products and services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
5) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat sales opportunities
6) Prepare regular sales reports for the sales manager to monitor performance

Requirements

1) Good communication and interpersonal skills
2) Willing to meet clients and conduct outdoor sales activities when required
3) Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple sales reports
4) Positive attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn
5) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
