Core Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the growth profitability and long-term development for eComm business.

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Drive GMV, profitability, conversion rate and customer acquisition growth
• Analyze business, product and market performance to identify growth opportunities
• Recommend pricing, product mix and business strategies to improve overall performance

2. Campaign, Advertising & Marketplace Management

• Plan and optimize campaigns, promotions and advertising performance across eCommerce platforms
• Manage marketplace relationships and evaluate commercial opportunities
• Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and business growth

3. Business Analysis & Execution

• Develop reports, dashboards and KPI tracking systems to support decision making
• Present business insights, recommendations and action plans
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and support operational requirements when needed

Additional Info

1. This role will focus 70% on eComm, 20% on business planning & direction and 10% on operation backup.

2. Primarily interacts through email, WhatsApp and calls, with occasional safety booth/event support.
