Full Time Assistant Supervisor-Production Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in QL ANSAN POULTRY FARM SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Assist Senior Executive Production to manage egg house activities such as grading and packing of eggs based on customers’ requirements at the most effective and efficient manner.

. Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

· Lead and motivate egg house’s employee in carrying out their roles and responsibilities. This includes delegation of work, setting goals, conducting performance review and overseeing the training/development need of the staff.

· Direct the inspection and maintenance of egg house equipment to ensure high standard of cleanliness and productivity.

. Ensure compliance with company safety SOPs and all relevant regulatory requirements at all times.

· Work closely with Logistic Department to ensure accuracy and update of inventory.

· Any other matter assigned by management or immediate superior as deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in fields like Agriculture, Food Technology, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

-Attention to detail.

-Able to work with minimal supervision.

-Resilient and willing to learn.

-Working experience in warehouse is an added advantage.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
